Tool Box

Add up the length for two sides, and then add 1".  Chop a board that is that length.

Joint 1 edge on each board that you will glue together.

Glue Jointed edges together.

Scrape Glue 

Plane to Thickness (Clean both sides.) 

Joint 1 Edge

Rip to correct width.

Chop one Edge clean. 

Set stop and chop to correct length twice.

Layout the features.  (Rounded top with tangents, center of hole, mark center of biscuit at least 3/4" from edge.)  (Use a compass and T-Square.)

Cut features out with band saw. 

Touch up on belt sander. 

Drill hole out.  (Using Spade bit, make sure to drill until point comes out the other side and flip the board over to finish the cut.)
